As expected Nintendo confirmed that Nintendo 3DS users will be able to record ten minute 3D video on their Nintendo 3DS when the next firmware update drops at the end of the month. The update also unlocks a whole host of new camera features which including stop-motion filming, where the 3DS takes snapshots at intervals before merging each frame into a full motion video.

They even surprised us a bit with the stop-motion stuff! I’m OK with the camera application just stopping here; more updates would be appreciated, of course, but the functionality announced so far is enough for me.
Nice!!!
What about e-shop new layout sickr ?
I am jeolous.. I no money buy 3ds yet!
Fantastico!
I was expecting the video recording feature only, but the stop motion option was a shocker.
Epic. :) Can’t wait.
That’s all cool and stuff, but will there be any social to this? I sort of miss the fact you could post on fb. Yes I know 3d won’t work on the internet. But still, I don’t always take 3d pics. Spot motion is nice, but can you upload to YouTube ? (yes I am a noob)
no duh. why wouldnt they? p.s. u are a total noob

im trying to update my 3ds but its saying that my system is up to date, why is it not working?
Because the update isn’t available. Set your 3DS to automatically receive updates and you won’t have to worry about it.
