Prismatic has announced via its Kickstarter page that the upcoming Hex Heroes for Wii U will feature cameos from a number of popular indie franchises. The team says that game will have special appearances from Mutant Mudds, Guacamelee and SteamWorld Dig.
Hex Heroes is a multiplayer real time strategy game for Wii U where up to 4 players share the TV harvesting resources, building structures, fending off enemies, and exploring dangerous territories. Another player uses the gamepad to manage resources and teammates, make executive decisions, and survey the land from a bird’s eye view. Hex Heroes can be played solo, but we’re sure you’ll want to wrangle up some friends to join in!

Because there isn’t enough Call of Duty and other third parties on the system. Also like all systems the Wii U is still sorta in a drought (like all new consoles) and everything Nintendo has promised us is still far away. In truth it’s the trolls, Nintenhaters, and inpatient gamers who can’t wait on Nintendo that make the Wii U really unliked right now. I too am waiting on MK8, but the 3DS is keeping me busy.

Have you ever imagined playing an old classic that you loved and wanted it to be online to show off your skills or even play with friends and family that live to far away to play the game with them. Imagine Super Mario World with online and voice chat, Mario kart with online and voice chat or even super smash bros! from N64 with online multiplayer and voice chat the list can go on and on this can be something that I know will be a hit! We together can make this happen if we show nintendo that we really want this! This would be amazing!
