Those of you hoping to get your hands on the special edition Mario Kart 8 bundle from UK retailer GAME are currently out of luck. The UK retailer has now sold out of the limited edition bundle which comes with the Spiny Shell Collector’s item and Super Mario Kart Racing Wheel. The online store currently only has the standard edition left for pre-order. Nintendo of America announced that the limited edition bundle is available in the US, but can only be purchased at Nintendo World Store.

Same with GameStops Ireland site. They even had to put up the standard edition just to keep orders up

That must explain why Mario Kart 8 pre-orders in many countries exceed Watch_Dogs and many places have sold out of pre-order for MK8 but still have plenty for WD…. you are getting worse at damage controlling
Pre orders don’t equal sales. Watch Dogs is on every platform including the Wii U so it’s most likely going to sell more. I don’t care though because they delayed the Wii U version (which I was gonna get) so they can count my money out… For now.
Actually, that accuse has been done to death now because pre-orders for the game THIS early in a few weeks BEFORE the games release WILL equal sales numbers of said game… just saying, Watch_Dogs has actually gone down in pre-order sales and people are already giving up on it. I actually went to the Nintendo World Store today, but didn’t feel like preordering it just to drive all the way back to NYC to get it on the 30th, so I’m just sticking with my gamestop preorder. Whatevs. At least I still get the game. Got some pretty cool merch there though.
Since it’s one of those games, I’m downloading Mario Kart 8. So I don’t have to go anywhere. I can just sit back on my bed and/or chair, watch some television and/or browse the internet, & wait for it to finish downloading. Then boom! Instant play whenever I want without having to switch out discs! ^.^
