A new Nintendo Direct video detailed some of the exhilarating aspects of Wii U exclusive Bayonetta 2, and announced the European launch date of 24th October. Nintendo also unveiled the Bayonetta 2 First Print Edition – which is exclusive to Europe – and houses disc versions of Bayonetta 2 and the Wii U Bayonetta remake, plus The Art of Bayonetta 2 art book, in special 3D embossed leather-effect packaging that faithfully recreates The Hierarchy of Laguna, the book of angels that documents the angelic foes Bayonetta meets on her adventures, making this a striking edition for devotees of the Umbra Witch.
At launch, European fans will have three retail editions to choose from: the newly announced First Print Edition, the Special Edition which bundles disc versions of Bayonetta 2 and Bayonetta together, or the solus edition which includes just Bayonetta 2. In addition, digital versions of Bayonetta 2 and Bayonetta can be purchased on Nintendo eShop at launch, and those who buy one title can obtain the other one at a discounted price.
Nintendo also announced for the first time that the cosplay costumes available in the Wii U remake of Bayonetta will also be available inBayonetta 2. These include Bayonetta’s wild takes on Princess Peach, Link and Samus, and – exclusive to Bayonetta 2 – a surprise star mercenary is also featured in her wardrobe in an outfit reminiscent of Fox McCloud, the hero of the Star Fox games.
Furthermore, the Nintendo Direct revealed Rodin as a playable character in Tag Climax, Bayonetta 2’s new online co-op mode, and showed off the first footage of multiplayer action.
The Nintendo Direct also provided more details about previously announced features of Bayonetta 2, including characters, storyline, combat mechanics, weapons, magic, Bayonetta’s trademark Torture Attacks and the new Umbran Climax. Viewers learned about Muspelheim challenge rooms, how the ranking system works, and how to spend their hard-fought Halos to buy items and skills, or modify weapons. It’s a must-watch for anyone who wants to be ready to take down their opponents in style.
there’s also a daisy costume, just saying
proof is paying attention to the nintendo direct
You do have a point there. Lol I haven’t even watched it yet.
They didnt show the Daisy costume in the Euro Direct.
But it was in the US direct.
They did show it in EU, they just didn’t focus on it.
Game for babies
I gotta see her full nude
Wow. You are really sad. Kinda feel a bit bad for you. It’s CGI!!
You are the baby moron. Respect women. If you want to see a naked woman, get a girlfriend dummy.
That’s it. I’m getting a Wii U.
This will be my first game I don’t care.
Welcome to the club Squidward.
This is what I’m talking about.
So much news on this game, and there’s already 5 articles on it.
Latest episode of The Cat Mario Show guys! :D https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CcNms6TVCD4
Why can’t this come to US damn it? A great incentive to get more buyers. :3
With that limited number?
Sure the whole Europe is not as big of a market, as US.
But 15k is like piss in a ocean, this is how wars get started, and French has decapitated their leaders for less.
Okay. None of your reply makes sense. US Nintendo support compare to UK, the same nation who buys more Xbox/EA garbage than any nation on the planet, has far more support and sales so Nintendo and exclusives have a far better shot there than its red coat cousin/bestie.
I think it is up to respective representatives of Nintendo, doubt its NoJ holding grudge over Hiroshima.
And UK < Europe.
This is for Europe, not UK only.
And even if it was a decision by HQ, still it is a business decisions in a veins of Xbone getting games that made more sense on Nintendo platforms.
The hopes and dreams of getting more foothold on area that you are not doing so well.
Though Nintendo really can't afford to slack on any territory.
Japan holding a grudge on some BS they started? That’s funny. lol As history is told, they started attacking US over them cutting ties because they joined Hitler and were beyond stupid and stubborn enough to not surrender a losing war not once after the first A bomb but twice.
Does it really matter who started what, when a massive amount of civilians gets killed?
Sure Japanese deserve every bit of radiation they have received since 40’s, but you ignored the points I was making..
Pretty sure it’s not out of spite. Stupidity? May be.
I totally agree, that no one should be left out.
But unless they left out one 0, that edition will be hard to get.
Maybe 5k to UK, 6k to share between rest of the major markets, and we up here north represented by Bergsala get scraps, if lucky.
Not only is the first print edition exclusive to goddamn EUROPE… AGAIN! I can’t even preorder it or order it online from the European Nintendo store, because it is only a retail release….
It’s like they are TRYING to keep these cool extra stuff out of the hands of anyone that isn’t European. Seriously, I’m so pissed right now.
I WANT this special edition, but I’m going to have to try and find it on ebay and it’s going to cost triple the amount I would have had to originally paid for it.
Special editions are all fun and games, but since they announced its that limited, even collectors will fight over it.
Like throwing a snaps bottle in a ring of drunk hobos, someone will get stabbed,
Or throwing a rock of crack into a pit full of crackheads. xD
I will never understand why Nintendo continues to slap thier biggest supporting consumers square in the face. Saying that most of Nintendo’s sales are from North America would be a huge understatment. Yet we never get any collectors edition, and when we do, it’s usually gimped, or half-assed (i.e. bravely default)
I put 110% percent of the blame on Reggie, he is the Rep. for Nintendo here. He is the one making these calls, and if I ever see him at a convention or anywhere he’s gonna get a ear full from me! lol!
There is someone above Reggie here, Nintendo of America CEO Iwata San.
Start working at home with Google! It’s by-far the best job I’ve had. Last Thursday I got a brand new BMW since getting a check for $6474 this – 4 weeks past.
