Following yesterday’s confirmation for the Pokemon Company International’s Shiny Gengar and Diancie distribution for the US in GameStop stores, the special timed-event Pokemon will also be available in the UK. Handled by retailer GAME, eager Pokemon X & Y fans will be able to grab Shiny Gengar – which comes holding a Gengarite Mega Stone – between October 15 and November 5.
The Diancie distribution will promptly follow the Shiny Gengar event and will be available from November 6 through to November 28 for Pokemon X & Y. Fans who pick up a Diancie can transfer the exclusive Pokemon through to Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire, when it launches November 28, to obtain a special Diancite Mega Stone. Players can pick up both Shiny Gengar and Diancie via a special code distribution, which will be printed on a receipt in store.
For the rest of Europe, the Pokemon Company International has confirmed both Pokemon events will be available for France, Spain, Germany, Belgium, The Netherlands, and Italy – dates, however, are currently unknown.
I really want that Diancie.

MYNINTENDONEWS should be rebaptised UKNINTENDONEWS. This Gengar announcement was made yesterday for the US yet the news never made it on the site until just now when the UK distribution was revealed today. It’s not the first time Mynintendonews does this. I’ve seen them out right omit news when it concerned only North America and other countries. I’ve even emailed them once to tell them about news they had omitted (news moreover not concerning the UK) and they never replied to my email nor posted the announcement on their site. If I remember correctly, it was about some free to download Zelda title on the eshop for North America.
That is not correct MYNINTENDONEWS. Beyond the UK, there are other countries. Your not a global nintendo news site if you ignore what is happening elsewhere. Perhaps you don’t care? Then maybe you should consider renaming the site to something more adequate like UKNINTENDONEWS? Think about it.

I’m unaware of the Zelda download title you mentioned in the NA eShop, but if you provide a link in a reply to this comment, I can take a look.
We try to post as much news as we can for Europe, UK, Japan, and North America here on the site, so it’s certainly not skewed towards UK news only.
