It has been announced that the Hyrule Warriors costume sets will be exclusive to certain retailers in the United Kingdom. If you’re looking to purchase the Ocarina of Time costume set then you’ll need to purchase the game from the Nintendo UK online store. If you want the Twilight Princess set then you can get that from GAME.

I’m not sure if i’m going to even purchase this game now. I’m not a fan of the dynasty warriors franchise at all. But the Zelda theme was enough to sway me. This news just swayed me back the other direction. It’s so infuriating that nintendo constantly does this to the u.s.
?? Three US retailers are offering the costumes. GameStop is Ocarina, best Buy is twilight, and Amazon is Skyward. We get the same options as Europe.

Oh no, I don’t blame you at all. Especially with the scarf bundle being exclusive to the Nintendo World Store. I’m hoping we get a choice though, got mine preordered at GameStop but would rather have the Twilight pack instead of the Ocarina pack.

There’s something about Zelda’s Ocarina of Time skin that just creeps me out… I prefer the Twilight skin for Zelda.
It’s a damn shame the Skyward Sword Zelda isn’t in her Goddess Dress instead. I would have gone for the Skyward Sword preorder of Hyrule Warriors if that was the case & just held off on using Hero of Time Link for when it’s being sold on the eShop.
I really like her Skyward Sword design, but there is just something about the Twilight Princess skin. I actually really like her Hyrule Warriors model, so I may not even use the skins a whole lot.
Their original outfits are pretty good. I hope we get other alternate outfits for them that are just as original. It’ll be lame if all we get are canon alternate outfits. I REALLY want a Link alternate outfit that actually has him fitted with a cape & some armor.

Yeah also I’m sure that whatever costume set you choose will be your free set and then the other sets will also be able to purchase on the eshop later. I’m getting Skyward Sword costume set. So that was the first time I have ever pre ordered anything game related from Best Buy.

You can get them from amazon.co.uk I just checked the Hyrule Warriors page and it says you get Skyward Sword costumes.
