Here’s A Look At Mega Beedrill, Mega Pidgeot, Mega Latios And Latias In Pokemon Omega Ruby And Alpha Sapphire

New scans featured in the latest edition of Japanese gaming publication CoroCoro show some of the new Mega Evolutions for Pokemon Omega Ruby & Pokemon Alpha Sapphire. The scans give us a glimpse at Mega Beedrill, Mega Pidgeot, Mega Latios and Mega Latias. Here’s some of the info contained in the publication.

  • Mega Pidgeot is Normal/Flying-type with the ability No Guard
  • Mega Beedrill is Bug/Poison-type with the ability Adaptability
  • Can fly on Mega Latios and Latias in the overworld and find
  • Pokémon such as Reshiram, Zekrom, Dialga & Palkia in the sky
  • Latios is exclusive to Omega Ruby and Latias is exclusive to Alpha Sapphire
  • The Eon Ticket is said to return through a special distribution
The Legendary Pokémon are found on islands that can only be found through areas on the sky
  • You access the sky through the Eon Flute item

Thanks, Kallum

    1. That’s what gets you?! Not the new sky traveling thing that will allow is to catch legendaries and possibly open up islands for us to visit??

  1. I’m so happy about these upgrades, I’m really starting to like the mega evolutions more now too. And we can finally fly and not just see a little cut scene.

  6. Sweet! No more cutscenes of flying to a location! It’s going to look weird using Pokemon like Pidgey to fly since they are so small compared to our character. Least it will hopefully be funny.
