Several people have contacted us to say that the Nintendo UK Store currently has The Legend of Zelda: Majora’s Mask 3D listed with a February 15th release date. When the game was announced yesterday, Nintendo simply said they were targeting a spring 2015 release. This specific date on the store could be an error, but let’s hope someone slipped up and that we will get the game in February.

It is the easiest Zelda game ever made. It really made me upset just how ridiculously easy it was. Most enemies only took a quarter of a heart in damage, some took a half heart. If you had 5-6 hearts it was almost impossible to die. I rented every item at the beginning of the game and kept them through the entire game. I had no need to purchase them. I had so many rupees it was just insane. The dungeons were short, and simple. You automatically get all the dungeon maps without having to find them, which is the first and only Zelda game to ever do that. It took the mystery away from the dungeons, as you already knew how many floors and rooms were in them. Don’t get me wrong, it was a well polished game, with amazing music. I like the game, I really do. But the easy difficulty setting really ruined the experience for me.
Did you play ALBW and confuse it with Majora’s Mask or you didn’t play that game on Hero mode.
I replayed the Hero Mode and it was alot better. I actually died several times, so I had a reason to purchase the items instead of renting. Hero mode should have been available from the beginning. Nintendo shouldn’t force very easy mode on your first play through. It was a fantastic game, it just doesn’t compare to MM, TP, WW, OOT.. Hell even the gameboy Zeldas were better in my opinion. I would rate it just in front of the DS Zelda’s. I’m not hating though, ALBW on hero mode is an amazing game.

Its being remastered, not remade. Ocarina and Windwaker were both Remastered. If you want an example of a Remake take a look at the Pokemon ORAS. A complete overhaul of the gane not just updated visuals with minor upgrades.
If Nintendo were to REMAKE Majoras Mask then it would take them a lot longer and all of you fantards would bitch about that instead.
Because Ocarina of Time came to the 3DS too. We already got a Zelda remake on Wii U anyway, so it would kinda be overkill to get another console version remake before the new Zelda.

It would be cool to use the Fierce Deity Mask in all areas like the Deku, Goron and Zora Masks.

30th June isn’t even in Spring, that’s the start of Summer. I wouldn’t really believe this supposed release date, the link isn’t even the official Nintendo UK store.
MM3D available to pre-order now on the UK store and the release date just says Spring 2015. Don’t take the rumored release date literally.
They said the 3DS version of smash would come in the summer….and it came in october….

The U.S. better get the MM special edition. We missed out on all of the special editions this year. MK8, Hyrule Warriors, Bayonetta 2, and now Majoras Mask? The original MM sold about 3 million copies. Only half a million was sold in Japan, and half a million in Europe. The other TWO Million were sold in the…. you guessed it! The U.S. of A. Zelda has always been an American heavy franchise. We are responsible for the franchises success some could say. So why would you not give us the special edition Zelda games? I mean wtf Nintendo. It makes absolutely no sense.

None of these dates sound right, in that none of them are Fridays. We pretty much always get games on Fridays here in the UK.
I doubt they’ll release it on Feb 15th as it’s a Sunday… a big release like this would likely land on a Thursday, when they update the eShop.
