Check Out How Nintendo Controllers Have Evolved Over The Years

evolution-of-nintendo-controller

Interested to see just how much Nintendo’s controllers have evolved over the years? Well, this gif courtesy of GadgetLove shows exactly how things have been refined throughout the years starting with the classic Nintendo Entertainment System controller all the way through to the Wii U GamePad. If you’re interested there’s also one for Sony’s Dual Shock and Microsoft’s Xbox controller.

Thanks, Nintendo Impact Gaming!

  5. My least favorite controller on a Ninendo console is a toss-up between the N64 and Wii remote/nunchuck. Both for awkward reasons. The Wii remote’s motion gameplay totally ruined many games on Wii. And the shape and awkward position of the analog stick made the N64 controller overly frustrating to use.
