Pokemon fan site Serebii is reporting that the serial code for the Contrary Serperior was broadcast during the latest episode of Pokemon Get TV. The code which was given out can be used by multiple people, but it cannot be redeemed until January 9th. The code is good for use until November 30th 2015. So without further ado the code is POKEMON497.

In the game menu, go to the mystery gift option and there is a receive gift via code option in the sub-menu. However it is possible that this code is region locked, meaning only Japanese games will be allowed to redeem it.

Is it worth getting ORAS? I got X last year, is it big enough of a step up?
Haven’t played x or y yet. But so far im enjoying Sapphire, although I haven’t taken my first badge yet! I like it a lot.
Honestly, it’s not all that different from X/Y, but still quite enjoyable. It’s in a whole other region after all, that alone makes it different enough imo. I bought X too last year, but I’m still having a good time with OR, and I had even already played the original ones when they first came out.
And if you’ve never played the first Ruby/Sapphire versions before, it just means you’ll have a brand new Pokemon game to enjoy, which would be pretty neat too.
So there isn’t much you can do wrong with it, really. :)

I didn’t really use to care for Pokemon that much until I played X. I beat that game and enjoyed it. I have Omega Ruby now and I absolutely love it. I already beat it and now I’m getting the rest of the legendaries. And the game has a LOT of them. Ever since I started playing Omega Ruby, Pokemon has been pretty much the only thing I ever play now. I’m obsessed with it now. I don’t have X anymore. I got it as a free gift but even though I already beat it, I seriously think I should buy it because it has some more Pokemon that I need. ._.

My NA version of Omega Ruby actually verified the code and it did check for the gift XD but it couldn’t find the gift :( it partially worked, but at least it shows it can verify japanese codes
I don’t know why everyone is having trouble with this code. It worked perfectly for me and I live in the UK. So the code is not region verrified.
Although I don’t know why it’s not working, and for those who say its “too short of a code”, all you do is press the ‘end’ button on the lower screen. (Bottom right cornor)

It’s NOT think of Serperior and the upcomin Japanese Code events for Emboar and Samurott like the Wi-Fi Hidden Ability Torchic. It was only obtainable through Wi-Fi. I guess you could just do massive Wonder Trades till you get it with Contrary ability.
