Japan: 3DS Sells 44k And Wii U Sells 8k

This week’s Japanese gaming charts are now in via Media Create. Yokai Watch 2 continues to take the market by storm with a steady amount of sales each week, while Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire sticks closely and remains in second place. Spike Chunsoft’s newest 3DS title Kenka Bancho 6 manages to take third place, but the top 20 software charts largely remain unchanged.

Hardware sales this week have decreased yet again for Wii U and 3DS. The latter system sells 44k in combined efforts from its new and old consoles, while the Wii U takes a 2k dip and sells just under 9k this week.
