  1. So in other words, you could say that they are adding new New 3DS cover plates, but only for the New 3DS and not the New 3DS XL… Nintendo needs to name their products better lol

  2. Why couldn’t the XL have faceplates? That’s my main reason for wanting the smaller model. I hope they make faceplates a standard thing on the next portable. I really hate this region exclusivity shit.

  3. I swear every time I see this I think that there are Nintendo employees somehwere laughing at me because I can’t have it T_T

I’m happy for you guys in Europe. For our sake, please buy lots of face plates so that Nintendo of America feels like they’re missing out on a profitable face-plate business.

  5. I’m totally fine with not having faceplates until I saw that Xenoblade one, I almost freaked out lol. But besides the faceplates I honestly would have took the XL, I was probably taking it anyways. And I bet there would be more people mad about not having the xl than the normal size

  6. I still don’t understand Nintendo’s reasoning for leaving these out of North America. Just ditch the XL and release the New 3DS and New 3DS XL here, ugh! I want that Pikachu face plate!
