Nintendo of Europe are set to release several New Nintendo 3DS cover plates to plump up its selection this April. Eight new cover plates will be available to purchase from April 2, including green and red Mario power mushrooms, Pikachu and Kirby-themed plates, among others. The interchangeable plates are currently retailing at a range of different prices, with the lowest from £10.99 on Nintendo UK’s official store. Why couldn’t the XL have faceplates? That’s my main reason for wanting the smaller model. I hope they make faceplates a standard thing on the next portable. I really hate this region exclusivity shit.

I’m totally fine with not having faceplates until I saw that Xenoblade one, I almost freaked out lol. But besides the faceplates I honestly would have took the XL, I was probably taking it anyways. And I bet there would be more people mad about not having the xl than the normal size
