You may have seen that earlier today we mentioned that the Gold Mario amiibo has been delayed. The news was sent out via email to Walmart customers who had pre-ordered the figure which went from a March 20th release date to April 8th and the 16th. Thankfully it turns out that the email sent out was incorrect and the item will be shipping on time. Good news for those of you who pre-ordered.
There’s no trouble in the Mushroom Kingdom. Mario Amiibo fans will still see Gold on March 20, 2015. Walmart.com pre-order customers may have seen an incorrect availability date in their account, and we’re in the process of correcting that order information to assure fans that there are no delays.

I think there might be a chance I can get one of these. My Walmart is always full of old people, grumpy parents, and babies. Pretty good chances I’d say.
Well my WM barley has any one in the gaming section and no one in the Nintendo section not to mention WM has the section designed horrible and disgustingly organized.
(They have the “GAMEBOY ADVANCE SP” and “DS” tabs above the shelf still; even though the games are 3DS…… Kind of sad really.)
