One of the things you may have noticed when playing the Splatoon Global Testfire demo yesterday is that the game features artwork from various Miiverse communities. Most of you were probably too busy playing Turf War to notice that the billboards featured in the game contained various users artwork. To be honest it is a rather neat addition to the game as there’s some immensely talented Miiverse users out there. No doubt this feature will be in the full game which launches on Friday, May 29th.

I wonder if Nintendo will shut down Splatoon’s online when people start using the ability to cover the field in ink to spread messages like: “Suck my dick!” “Kill yourself, noob!” “Meet me at this location, beautiful! *wink*” Will they go into panic mode, run around like a chicken with it’s head cut off, & shut it down like they did Swapnote? >.<
