Rumours are bubbling of a new Minecraft-esque Lego game created by Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment and TT Games, called LEGO Worlds. Apparently, someone found a promotion for the game on the back of the instructions for the 60097 City Square set which is coming out this month. The link on the picture currently doesn’t work, but perhaps it’s not live yet. It’s not been officially announced or even teased at this point, so it’ll be interesting to see what pops up in the coming months! Especially since they already have the LEGO Dimensions in the works. What would you think of a Lego/Minecraft mash up?
Rumour: New Lego Game ‘LEGO Worlds’ In Development?

They could easily do photoshop action right?
If this is true I guess they’ve realized that with a little effort they could probably take over the young gaming audience. Of course plenty of adults will be very into all of this too, but it’s starting to feel like too many LEGO games back to back for me…
Dont care…
But I really wanna see the Portal x Lego in dimensionen soon
About time! Means I can make the next game in the LEGO City: Undercover series! B-)
I called this month’s ago. Lego is going crazy with games.
Man, Lego is becoming the Pokemon and CoD of WB.
At least we can be creative with lego! Lol

if true then this will be the first lego game i buy, minecraft skipping wii u is fucking bollocks.
If this is true, then I will be busy for a very long time if it comes out.
Basically what lego games should have been like in the first place
Better just be a Lego game that allows you to create ANYTHING you want.

AKA Lego Dick Creator.
Why not just buy actual Legos instead if you want to build your own world? I guess this makes it easier, but still. (• • ; )
You need a ton of space and time on your hands. When it’s done what would you do? With virtual worlds they can be saved forever without mess in the real world
Because real legos cost a fortune. Want a decent Star Wars Lego set? Better be willing to drop at least 500 dollars.
Because $60 (assuming that’s the retail price for the game) doesn’t get you infinite Lego. Do you know how much a punch of Lego cost? Its ridiculous.
*pound
I really don’t care about Minecrap, but this one feels way more interesting just by virtue of it being LEGO instead of just cubes with ugly textures.
This would really be the only Lego game that would interest me. A multiplayer mine craft clone, but Legos instead of blocks? I’m sold. The game would probably sell ten million copies..

My childhood~
No seriously. That advert reminds me of the loading screen for Lego Creator (an old PC title for Windows 95/98). This sound like a massively expanded version of the title, essentially making it Lego Creator 2: Open World.
Finally, they got some sense to go back to their roots. Now if only they could make an entertaining sequel to Lego Racers… (LR2 was more of a knockoff or unfinished title than a real sequel). At least they realized people like to actually build creatively with Lego in a game.
