Dataminers discover Master Quest possibly coming to Zelda Ocarina of Time remake

Quite a number of people were disappointed to learn that the Master Quest mode isn’t present in the recently released The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time remake for the Nintendo Switch 2. Dataminers have been combing the files and have discovered references to the Master Quest simply titled MQ in the game files with the dungeon and save and clear files. Whether Nintendo plans to add this mode to the game in a post-launch update remains to be seen, but they were clearly thinking of adding it.

Thanks to CM30 for sending in the news tip!

  1. I am going to continue to hold my Ntdoy and make a healthy profit one day and once i do i might consider purchasing the communist / you will own nothing and be happy system just for this game but i dont need it right now and Ntdoy isnt at level yet. I of course will make sure the game is a physical copy because i am not a dirty filthy communist.

    1. Look forward to it :')

Filthy capitalists like you will get what’s coming to them once Trump gets kicked out of the white house :’)

  2. I’m all up for the master quest, but why add it later. The option should be there from the start so we can enjoy the it first ( the most important play though) go at the game.
Thats what I love about Belmonts curse, you can customize the difficulty from the off!
