Thanks to the programming brilliance of Aaron Randall, you can turn your computer’s screen into a level from the original Super Mario Bros. using his new program, Screentendo. The desktop app essentially allows you to place a resizable, semi-transparent window over an area on your computer screen. And whatever text or content you have in the window will then become a playable Mario level.
If you check out Randall’s blog, you’ll see that he gives a step-by-step guide on how to install Screentendo on your computer. But make sure to grab the required code from GitHub right here in order to do so. While the game is indeed playable, Randall has admitted that it’s not quite perfect yet, and that a few things need additional tweaking. For many Nintendo fans, though, it’s a neat coding trick to lighten up any day – with or without the Tanooki suit.
Neat! :D
I might get that.
XD I wonder what a few lines of CSS or HTML code would do to this game XD
Platformers are great. Platformers that take place on interesting terrain are even better~~!

I know it’s after the watershed, in the UK at least, but perhaps use different language when describing which platformers you prefer. Thanks. :)
Ya. I don’t understand at all how to get this but it’s still neat.
Not as awesome as Windows Zone, but still pretty cool.
Complete shit
Wow amazing
I would try scanning a pic of my dick. That would be so fucking cool.
it would be one block long
Lol funny but no. Let’s just say around 50 fucking blocks long.
Nintendo should shut this down. They need to protect their IP.
I agree
Regrettably, I must agree. This could get out of hand very quickly
Yeah guys, what Colette said, no need for that sort of fucking language. :)
Still really cool though. It would be a fun way to pass the time when you find a really good website to complete. If only enemies were included as well.
