Nintendo has revealed that the popular sandbox spaceflight game Kerbal Space Program will be coming to the Wii U eShop. The news was leaked slightly early via a video on Nintendo’s YouTube Channel. The video was then set to private meaning that the company uploaded it a little too early. Kerbal Space Program was most likely set to be announced during the Nindies@Night PAX Prime event which is due to take place this weekend. If you’re unfamiliar with the game you can check out some footage of it here.
Thanks, Noah B and Batman
Awesome!
This should be interesting. Wonder how well it will run. I’ve not played the PC version in a year or so, but it didn’t fair well on my laptop, that did fair well with other demanding games.
Jos yoir laptop from 1995?
It’s very demanding but it isn’t too bad if you lower the settings.
My laptop is just weak compared to the PS4, Xbox One and even the Wii U, so the Wii U should be able to run it better and building the ship on the gamepad sounds awesome and maybe even have an internal view on the gamepad and external view on the TV.
Shovelware!
Lame.
Hey, don’t knock it till you try it. Could be good…
It is good! It’s amazing. Whoever called this shovelware obviously never played it.
Eh, I wasnt even knocking it, I posted about it in an earlier thread that it was coming to Wii U. Just wanted a tiny slice of the pie : ).
I love space exploration games and stuff like that. Speaking of, play Continuum!
This is a fun game, so I’m pretty excited!

I’m getting a Battlezone: Rise of the Black Dogs vibe from this for some reason. Must be because of my fond memories of my youth playing N64 games.
Lol what? I thought you were making some kind of joke about third party and how this might get a bad port. XD
