The 6th North American Splatfest is now over and the winning team has been announced. Out of the two teams based on different ways to travel, Team Cars have been crowned the winners with 252 points, whilst Team Planes finished with 248 points. Team Planes had the most popularity with 64 percent of the votes, but that goes to show that popularity doesn’t always win the Splatfest! Next up is the European Splatfest, which will take place next weekend. Which team did you pick?

It’s really stupid tbh, why does wins make the deal?
It should come down to popularity because that’s why they make them in the first place, to see which one is more popular.
Now it’s just random who wins, it could just as well be nothing vs nothing because wins is the only thing that matters, it’s quite stupid if you ask me o-ó
Popularity shouldn’t really matter if the other team earned their win.
Lot’s of people hated that the team with the most vote’s alway’s won that’s why they changed it

REALLY?! First people complained that it was based too much on popularity and that it should be mostly wins! Now people are saying mostly popularity not wins!! You can’t please anyone these days!
Don’t have the game sadly but I’m not sure what side i would have chosen because riding in cars are boring yet riding in planes are boring too…
