Ok. I can confirm, this is a different LBW theme than the one that already exists… It also has a badge Icon on it, so as far as I can tell, it is exclusive, and regardless, it’s different from the one currently sold in the eShop.

I was wondering if themes that worked well as bachgrounds for the badges would be implemented, and I’d have to say, this is a pretty clever way of doing it.

Free with purchase. It is no different than calling something free in a “buy one get one free” — do you think that is uncommon?

Does the money I spend guarantee me 10 brand new badges I don’t own with no chance of getting screwed out of my money by ending up with doubles I don’t want? If so, then I can concede that I was hasty in my first comment.
The normal themes costs $1.99, you get this free when you spend $2. Just as your definition of “buy one, get one free”.
