Video: Paper Mario Crashes If You Hit a Block For 416 Years

A strange glitch in Paper Mario has been discovered by Bonecrusher1022 and shown off in a video by Stryder7x. Hitting a block for 416 years will crash the game. Obviously, the period of time means that a legitimate attempt is not possible. Because of this, hacks are used. Stryder makes it clear in the video description that completing the glitch means that you cannot go anywhere else in the game for 416 years. This is because leaving the room after spawning the initial 3 blocks will reset the memory address responsible for counting the hits back to 0. It will mark the secret as “complete.”

The entire video can be watched below, with commentary from Stryder.
