-||Some good news||-
That’s great coming from a console with a third of the user-base as Sony.
Oh and a game with polarizing reviews!
Can’t tell if sarcastic or….
Let’s hope it stays close to the top for the next 2 months.
Nice. I really love the game. I’m juggling between SFZero and Dark Souls 3 now. Haha
Oh my god, I’ll just say it… Star Fox controls are horrible… fucking hell, I told my Dad not to buy it. He’s 60. He can play CoD, GTA, and a handful of other games, but StarFox will just frustrate him.
Sure,I’ll be able to adapt, but it’s fucking terrible that Nintendo and Platinum fucked this up. You can’t even turn the gyro off, which is kinda critical.
This game will be big for a few weeks, then drop like a rock once people know what’s going on. So fucking disappointed.
Project Guard, however, is Tower Defense. So, I like it. It has nothing to do with Starfox, but it’s Starfox skin comes with the game, so it’s fine, unlike some other spin offs I won’t mention…
I am buying Zelda U, and parting ways with Nintendo for a few years. They’ve fucked up enough with their IPs and I’m done watching them throw their games in the trash.
Still a great handheld gaming company… so I’ll keep my eyes open for potentially new 3DS games… ugh…
you really thought they were that bad? after like an hour I got used to it and was able to play it like a regular starfox game, i rarely even look at the second screen unless it’s for certain boss fights. I really like the new game, you basically have to re-learn how to play starfox but it wasn’t that difficult. And you don’t really have depend on the gyro unless you want some really precise shots, i actually like that you have that option. Overall this was a lot more challenging then SF64 and that was always the biggest problem with SF64, it was waaaaayyy to easy.
Now go say that on Miiverse’s Star Fox Zero community. lol You’ll get at least one or two people telling you to “get good!” because those people apparently hate it when people like us ask for options on how to play a game.
I mean, it’s OK for the controls to be the way that are. I am always in favor for new control options, but for fucks sake, give people the option to use the manual controls if they prefer, you know, “Classic” control style for people who would like to enjoy the game like the other Starfox games.
I’m just saying, it was not necessary to force everyone to use Gyros. I’m sure I can learn to use them, and the game is beautiful. But I’m quite sure sales will suffer as people hear you have to use the gamepad and can’t turn off Gyro controls. What does Nintendo care though. They don’t. If I were them, I’d patch this shit asap while the game is still fresh… unless they made a level that requires gyro controls, making a patch impossible.
*sigh* I could learn to use them, too. But the thing is… I DON’T FUCKING WANT TO & I SHOULDN’T HAVE TO FORCE MYSELF TO!! But that’s okay. Because of today & all of the NX news, Wii U is dead to me. The only chance I’m going to play any game for Wii U released during & after October is if they get NX ports down the road. So if they don’t, looks like I won’t be playing Fatal Frame 5: Maiden of Black Water, Xenoblade Chronicles X, & Star Fox Zero for a very, very long time.
Fuck! I forgot about Lost Reavers!
Yeah bruh nintendo is fucking ass
