With Nintendo’s earnings conference on the horizon, the rumour mill has begun and people have started to speculate on what it may entail. One analyst, named Dr. Serkan Toto, claims to have heard that Nintendo may release information on future plans and works in the pipeline, and at the very least will present their plans for mobile in more detail.
Here’s the trail of Tweets below:
1) So Nintendo will hold its fiscal year 3/2016 earnings conference at 4pm on Wednesday Japanese time (in 14 hours) at the Osaka Press Club.

As of yet, Nintendo’s plans for the earnings conference have not been announced publicly, and as with all rumours, they should be taken with a pinch of salt. The contents of the conference will soon unfold when it takes place tomorrow.

Probably find out at E3. Not an earnings conference that nobody but investors and certain die hard Nintendo media outlets pay any attention to. Not a good way to get your product to the mainstream.
This was how they announced Miitomo.
I believe they announced Miitomo at an investors meeting to calm thier investors. This is an earnings conference, I believe the two are different. Although I could be wrong.
No it is an investor meeting that will happen later today.
Doubt it, Nintendo was very stern about how they present information the is considered “mobile” games. As they consider it as separate of the other Nintendo games.
It’s actually very possible that they’ll mention it. The investors are probable eager to know anything mobile-related.
I guess it’s possible. I just figured with e3 a little over a month away they would save all the announcements for that.
I seriously doubt Nintenso will release any information on software or hardware releases at an earnings conference. E3 is one month away.
Actually, we’re still in April and E3 is in June. Thus, E3 is just TWO months away.
More like a month, 2 weeks, & 3 days til E3 2016. So the correct thing to say is LESS THAN two months away.

Didn’t some earlier news some say they were going to at least release the official name for the NX
Mobile games they won’t announce at E3 – I can see those being announced through this conference. In terms of NX, or any upcoming games there will be nothing. It will be more a footnote that they plan to announce these at E3.
Another day, another rumor.

2) I was told that in contrast to the last event (vague statements), Nintendo will actually announce news on future products and pipeline.
I don’t want to overhype this, if they will announce NX real name and a vague launch date I will be more than surprised, obviously a mention to future games will be amazing (Zelda U coff coff) but is also very unlikely…
This isn’t a Rumour
It will be very interesting indeed come tomorrow but outside of Nintendo announcing maybe some mobile games I don’t see them really revealing the NX (in it’s physical form) nor talking about the games for it now as far as them revealing the official name for the system and a specific time when they will talk about it, I can see that being very likely
Isn’t Serkan Toto that one guy that wants Nintendo to make fully fledged Mario, Zelda, etc games into Mobile games? If so, I wish this guy would shut up.
