Splatoon Stages Have Been Announced For The Final Splatfest

Splatoon‘s final Splatfest is just around the corner and the stages for the in-game competition have been announced. Out of the 16 stages available in the Wii U shooter, the three that were chosen by players are Kelp Dome, Moray Towers and Walleye Warehouse. The upcoming Splatfest is set to take place between July 22 and July 24, pitting Team Callie against Team Marie. If you’re a fan of the Squid Sisters, you can print your very own alternative box art featuring either one of them.

  1. I still can’t believe it’s ending. :(

This time I’m going to try and earn the highest title.

    1. I’m really liking this stage selection too. Two of my favorite levels made it in (those being Moray Towers & Kelp Dome)

  2. Feck Kelp Dome! I’m cool with warehouse and my fave stage Moray Towers is in! So I guess it’s cool.

I already maxed out my Splatfest Tee in Ranked mode…
    so my Squiddy is Riddy!

  3. I would rather have had Port Mackerel instead of Moray Towers, but this is fine. At least we don’t have any of the more recent stages. The only stage I like that came out after Camp Triggerfish is Hammerhead Bridge. The rest are just bad. Piranha Pit is probably the worst stage in the entire game.

  4. I forgot to vote but I would have voted for Walleye Warehouse, so i’m glad it got in. Something just feels right about it being in the final splatfest since it was the first stage we got to play in the test fire. See you guys on the splattlefield!! #TeamMarie

      1. Yeah you could vote on the splatoon website or something, they announced it a couple weeks ago on twitter and the splatoon tumblr. And YES TEAM MARIE SHALL LIVE FOREVER. I’m going to try to be splatfesting as much of this weekend as I can!

          1. Yeah for sure, I wish we could do that. It would definitely make dominating the splatfest easier when you have a solid team! The one thing I will say that I like about the random match-ups is that eventually you end up with a solid team and you end up sticking together for a while and get a good winning streak going. Then I try to add those solid splatters to my friend list and have more good people to join during the non-splatfest times. My friend list is almost maxed out at this point so maybe it’s a good thing that it’s the final splatfest lol

  5. Very tired of Kelp Dome. It’s one of the only stages I’ve caught in a long time whenever I decide to boot Splatoon up… Moray Towers is another but I haven’t played it nearly as much as Kelp Dome…

Well, it’ll be an interesting final Splatfest I suppose. Honestly im kinda sad to see them ending already seeing as how there were so many other questions they could’ve posed but hey Callie or Marie is a great final theme!
