Dictionary.com is the world’s leading digital dictionary. According to the site, it provides “millions of English definitions, spellings, audio pronunciations, example sentences, and word origins”. One of the words recently added is “Pokemon“, which now has its own page on the site. It is one of hundreds of new words added on July 19th. Other additions include “influencer”, “digital badge”, “butthurt” and “kill switch”.

Pokemon has been out for 10 years and they are just now adding it into the dictionary.com website!? Wow.
*facepalm* Ugh… 20 years, not 10. Now I gotta wonder how many other comments I’ve made where I’ve said 10 years for Pokemon’s lifetime..!

Just amaze me that they add it it the same day the added “butthurt”. I’m surprised no one mention it?

Are you fucking kidding me?! Pokémon is a thing since the 90s and probably in every physical dictionary. And then they manage to spell it wrong!
