Nintendo’s Redmond based game studio Nintendo Software Technology (NST) is still managing to quietly stay relevant post the Mario vs Donkey Kong era. NST was created by Nintendo as a first-party developer to create games for the North American market, though their games have also been released in other territories such as Europe and Japan, exclusively for Nintendo consoles. Although the development team is based in North America, there is a traditional Nintendo and Japanese-centric design applied to the development of the software. The team co-developed Snipperclips for Nintendo Switch and previously were heavily involved in the development for Super Mario Maker for Nintendo 3DS.
NST handled level design, ui design, audio, and co-production for Snipperclips. Hopefully we’ll get to see more from these guys soon as Snipperclips is a great title for the Switch and makes for some interesting Co-Op play.
Snipperclips is currently sitting at a respectable 7.8 user score on Metacritic and is only $19.99 / £17.99.

Oh I thought nintendo didn’t make snipperclips. Well I hope that small team goes on and brings us more little gems.
They helped develop it from an Adobe Flash game to a Unity game. it is made by SFB Games and published by Nintendo.

I didst’ know that was how snipperclips were made nor did I know that Nintendo used it. I swear that gaming evolves and changes so quickly it seems, that you fall behind some of the most recent and up date releases, you find a ton of new features and things put into the games.
Is this post a white lie? The Wikipedia page for Snipperclips says that SFB Games is the main developer.
