It’s no secret that Pokemon is absolutely huge in Japan. So much so that they have dedicated Pokemon Centers dotted around that sell all things Pokemon. Sweets, games, shirts, bags – you name it, they’ll sell it. The Pokemon Center in Tohoku recently went through a one-month refurbishment and now we can see inside. Even the Pokemon Company President, Ishihara, turns up and signs his autograph at the back of a Tapu Koko statue!
Check out the awesome shiny, new Pokemon Center in Tohoku below:

||Good, its influence must spread into every atom in Japan…||
I think it already has.
||There is a little bit left…||
But what if it fails to spread into every atom in Japan?
Didn’t they have one of these in NYC years ago?
According to Bulbapedia which tends to be a good wiki site for Pokemon stuff, it was turned into what we now know as Nintendo World Store or Nintendo New York as it’s now called these days.
These are well worth a visit if you can ever go! I’ve been to the Osaka one, and the Tokyo one in Ikebukuro / Sunshine City Plaza. They are amazing. Worth every minute to go.
That’s really cool.
Cute!!!! I shall make it a mission to go there again this year and shop!!!!!
