Side-scrolling action game Double Dragon IV was launched on the Nintendo Switch eShop today, and you may have already seen the launch trailer we shared earlier, too.
If you haven’t had chance to try out the gameplay in action yet, YouTuber ShiryuGL has also posted some First Play footage for you to feast your eyes on, you can check it out below:

Oh, you can tell the graphics are way better on Switch, look at that one extra Pixel!
MOOOOOOOOODE 7!
How that game is 1 GB of file size.?
Double Dragon IV is a Super NES game, isn’t it? Why does this look like NES graphics?
I guess whoever owns the rights to the games doesn’t feel like doing a reboot or maybe remakes of the original games. I might have been interested otherwise. But this? No thanks. Maybe if I got into the Double Dragon video games in the 90s when the franchise was still going, I might have been willing to buy this game. But as it stands, I won’t waste my money since I can only get into retro games I actually played back when they weren’t retro & enjoyed playing for hours on end.
