How are they screwing Americans over? If you do a currency conversion it’s almost the same prime in pounds and dollars. There’s only about $4 of a difference in price.
Pre order discount on download games. Why can’t we got those in the US.
Not sure if you’ll like this answer but it’s probably because NintenD’OH! *facepalm* of America sucks & won’t let Amazon do the digital download deals because then people won’t buy the product on the American eShop instead where NoA will get 100% of the profits.

If I could get deals on digital games from Amazon Prime, that’d be awesome. Sadly, NintenD’OH! *facepalm* of America, along with the American divisions of the other companies no doubt, won’t allow that. Otherwise, why would I ever buy a digital game on their system’s digital store? And these video game companies KNOW THIS as a strong possibility. This is America: corporations are usually greedy pricks, after all.
