NBA 2K18 may have been out for a month, but Nintendo has just released its launch trailer, highlighting various Nintendo Switch-exclusive features – such as the option to play anytime and anywhere via the console’s portability aspect. The basketball sports game allows players to hit the courts in The Playground, join the Pro-Am circuit or explore an all-new open neighborhood setting. NBA 2K18, NBA 2K18 Legend Edition and NBA 2K18 Legend Edition Gold are available now in stores and on the Nintendo eShop. You can check out the Nintendo Switch-focused launch trailer below:

How does this compare to the PS4/Xbox One versions of the game? Really curious about that

It obviously doesn’t look as pretty, but it holds up pretty well. Besides that, it’s basically the same experience

Too bad it’s riddled with microtransactions and requires you to download over 20GB of data. Having exclusive local co-op is cool though. TakeTwo should do that in a Switch version of GTA 5.
