Puyo Puyo Tetris S has sold extremely well on the Nintendo Switch, so well that Mizuki Hosoyamada of Sega Games has announced that the game has nearly shifted one million units worldwide on Nintendo’s latest platform. The news was revealed at the Puyo Puyo Anniversary TV Show 2018 in Japan.

Yes! I’m so thrilled that it sold so well. If your on the fence about buying this there’s a demo in the eshop. It’s such a great puzzle game! Puyo isn’t that hard to master, and everyone I’ve had played actually enjoyed Puyo better. I hope it gets a sequel!
