The Latest EDGE Review Scores

The latest edition of UK publication EDGE magazine is now with subscribers and it contains a number of high-profile reviews including God of War on Sony’s PlayStation 4 and Sea of Thieves on Microsoft’s Xbox One console. Detective Pikachu and Scribblenauts Showdown were also reviewed and received a 6 and a 3 respectively. Here’s the review scores from issue 319

  • God of War – 8
  • Sea of Thieves – 7
  • Far Cry 5 – 6
  • A Way Out – 6
  • Extinction – 3
  • Scribblenauts Showdown – 3
  • Minit – 6
  • Detective Pikachu – 6

    1. It’s silly for some of these Sony fans to get upset. Reviews are opinion based, not fact based. While Edge’s reviewer(s) thinks those games are an 8, 10, & 10, others might give them a 10, 8, & 8. Or a 10, 8, & 10. Or an 8, 10, & 8. Etc, etc. Anyone taking the “console wars” seriously are what’s wrong with this industry.

  2. Cool score for GoW4, but I’ll be the judge of what score I give the game… whenever I get around to playing it on my PS4 Pro, that is. lol If I had to rate other games I’ve played in the last 2 years, I’d give NieR: Automata a 10, FFXV a 7, Zelda: BotW a 7, & Until Dawn a 10.
