Nintendo has been busy registering trademarks recently and the latest ones are for the beloved Super Smash Bros franchise and Splatoon. The trademarks are not only for video games but are also included for “providing of entertainment, all manners of lending purposes, and the planning and holding of events etc.” Japanese Nintendo reports that the Super Smash Bros trademark also allows for game controllers.
