Update: The title of the film is Dragon Quest Your Story
The classic JRPG Dragon Quest V will be getting a special 3D CG movie adaptation in Japan. The Dragon Quest V movie will be directed by Takashi Yamazaki. Mr Yamazaki is best known as having worked on Always Sanchome no Yuhi and the live action Parasyte films. Presumably more information will be divulged at a later date.

Dragon Quest 5 is one helluva JRPG. It’s great to hear it having a special 3D CG film adaptation. However, I’m slightly skeptical of this. We’ll see.
