The wait is officially over for Puyo Puyo Champions, which is now available on Nintendo Switch for $9.99 in the Nintendo eShop. The puzzle game invites you to go head-to-head against your friends or against the world. It introduces a new 8-player local tournament mode, a Battle History feature showcasing the biggest moments of a match, and the option between English or Japanese voices. Are there any new modes with this version of puyo compared to the puyo tetris switch game??? I already own the latter but I’m just kinda curious about this one.
Honestly should have just been Dlc of some sort.
At least it’s only$10 so you can kind of think of it as that.
None. There are two modes basically. PuyoPuyo2 styled and Fever styled. Then you can play Locally (wirelessly and TV), online and then with CPU that’s basically it. A lot of characters icons, background music, icons etc for customization, and they have half the characters from PuyoXTetris and then half are new characters
