Sensor Tower has released some new data about Dr. Mario World. The game has been available on mobile devices for a few days so far, and things are looking promising. According to Sensor Tower, the game has been downloaded by more than 2,000,000 people in its first 72 hours of availability. The game’s gross revenue curently sits at $100,000. The game’s total downloads are about half of Super Mario Run’s 4,300,000 total. However, it is worth noting that Super Mario Run was only on iOS devices at launch.

Compared to Fire Emblem Heroes, this game was at 4,900,000 downloads in the same amount of time, as well as $11,600,000 in revenue from these same markets. Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp had been at 6,000,000 downloads in that same time span. Dr. Mario World is doing better than Dragalia Lost, although the latter launched in only 5 markets at the time. Dr. Mario World has 7 times as many downloads as Dragalia Lost in the game’s first 72 hours, but the latter achieved $250,000 in revenue in that same time period. Dr. Mario World is currently “the No. 1 free iPhone app in Japan and No. 6 in the U.S.” as of this article’s writing. Some chart data can be seen down below.
