Analyst Daniel Ahmad is reporting that the long running mobile title Pokémon GO is still fairing extremely well. The augmented reality game had its best month during August since September 2016 (the game launched July 2016) Proving the Pokemon Company and Niantics formula plus the hot weather has been a huge success. Pokemon GO is due to reach $3billion gross revue at the end of the year. It is the equivalent to selling 50 million copies of a game at $60.

Worth pointing out that Pokemon Go had its best month (Aug 19) since Sep 2016 (Game launched Jul 16).
Everyone out in full force for the summer to play the game. Growth this year has been strong + recent updates pushed in game spend.
