It looks as though a retailer in the South American country of Chile has broken the street date for the upcoming The Legend of Zelda: Link’s Awakening remake which is set to be released this Friday worldwide. It’s not clear if the street date for the remake has been broken elsewhere, but we shall endeavour to keep you updated. Our review for The Legend of Zelda: Link’s Awakening will be published soon by Alba, so look out for that!

Sue em!!
I would be hesitant to play a street-date broken game these days. I feel like companies could remote-detonate my console if they detected suspicious activity :D
Stay in handheld mode and turn off WiFi until Friday ezpz
Nothing to spoil though. It’s a remake of a remastered game. The original game is 26 years old. Now I feel old…
I mean, Secret of Mana released 26 years ago too and I’d be pretty upset if someone spoiled that game for me. Link’s Awakening is a great game, but not everyone who owns a Switch has bought or played the original
I was just looking on the bright side of the topic of the game releasing too early. I didn’t mean to say spoilers aren’t ruining for people, just that this game is probably one of the more OK game to be put in this situation, because of it’s lack of deep story and being on the marked for a quarter century. Chill dude. It was a humourous post.
Ah I gotcha
No you don’t if your 47 then yes.
Heh, is there something magic with the number 47?
No. why asking that question?
Okay, let me rephrase xP Why is it that you become old at 47?
I’m not 47 dude. but thats what old gets to you at that age.
Now if we could just get the street date broken for Animal Crossing a few months early…
Send in the nukes.
In any case, you can’t buy it until september 21 for September 18 celebration.
The picture you’re showing is from a retail chain that have 45 stores and only happened in one. They didn’t sell even one unit (I know because I work there) because the prices have a 1000% markup until launch date. The people who bought the game could do it in informal stores that doesn’t respect those rules.
