The time has come for Luigi to shine in Mario Kart Tour as he’s now available. The green plumber and Mario’s beloved brother basically lost his keys and his way, so he was unable to drive his kart, a poor excuse, but he’s finally in the game and ready to show the other racers his driving dexterity.
