EVO has announced the lineup of games that will be seen at this year’s even. Some of them aren’t surprising. Super Smash Bros. Ultimate will be at EVO 2020, along with 8 other games. This includes Samurai Shodown, Tekken 7, and Soul Calibur 6. EVO 2020 begins on July 31st. Eh, MK has always really been more of the casual fighting game than one taken as a competition game. I don’t mean “casual” as an insult here. I just mean its focus has always been more on content than mechanics.
Wait, didn’t Granblue Fantasy Versus just come out today in Japan and not in the US for another month or so….?
