The first review for Animal Crossing: New Horizons has come in and it’s from Japanese gaming publication, Famitsu. The publication awarded the game 38/40. Two of the reviewers gave the game a 9 and two gave it top marks with 10. Animal Crossing: New Horizons launches on March 20th exclusively for the Nintendo Switch.

I am so hyped for this game! After the slug walk with Animal Crossing New Leaf alongside the slew of spin-offs that honestly most of us didn’t really ask for, at last the wait for a new mainline Animal Crossing is approaching it’s end.
March 20th can’t come soon enough.
yeah! I cannot wait either!
I can’t wait to escape life for a bit on my island <3
38/40?!
What’s holding them from 40/40?
Bob Saget!!

Probably the fact that it isn’t a game. Haha, I kid, but seriously.
Thought Famitsu reviews were based on hype, no?
They are, so it’s not much use listening to what they have to say.
I mean FFXIII-2 and that JoJo game on the PS3 got perfect scores, lol. And Skyrim and GTA V are the only Western games to have gotten perfect scores.
It’s a gorgeous looking game, with many great qualities and features that improves or polishes a millions times better than what previous installments have done, I still can’t belive people thought new leaf couldn’t be top, these reviews scores are well deserve. I need it to be March 20 stat.
How do you properly review this game without time traveling?
By using psychic precogs.
I wonder if there are going to be minigames associated with the Nintendo consoles again. That island survival minigame was fun.
