Nintendo has released a new software update for the engrossing Xenoblade Chronicles 2 for the Nintendo Switch platform. The new update brings the game to Version 2.1.0 and adds Korean language support. Sadly there does not appear to be any other changes or tweaks to the JRPG in this specific update, but it is good news for Korean Switch owners. Here’s the patch notes for Xenoblade Chronicles 2 Version 2.1.0.
Ver. 2.1.0 (Released September 2, 2020)
Changes and New Features
- Korean text is now supported.
The text can be changed to Korean by setting the Nintendo Switch language setting to Korean. (Korean voices are not supported).
Korean voices not supported? Disappointed!

Well, the game is nearly 3 years old now and this its first update in a long time. I feel like if there was another big update that added content or balance/difficulty adjustments, it would have happened by now.

And yet STILL no video capture?
Or even a rewind feature for the cutscenes?
Those have been overdue for 3 years!
