Japan: Pikmin 3 Deluxe for Nintendo Switch opens at 171,349 retail sales

The latest Famitsu physical video game software sales charts are in from Japan and it has been another good week for Nintendo. The enhanced Wii U port of Pikmin 3 for the Nintendo Switch entered straight into the charts at No.1 shifting 171,349 units. The long-awaited remaster of Shin Megami Tensei III: Nocturne entered at No.2 on Switch selling only 52,481 copies. On the hardware side of things the Nintendo Switch family remain the best-selling platform selling 86,985 units in total this week.

  1. This is great for a first week sales. Hopefully it maintains good sales over the holiday season and beyond.

      1. If a game dont sell aint no use making another one. Doesnt make business sense even if the developers want it.

        U want sequels? Support it.
