Square Enix has confirmed that the animation for the beloved JRPG The World Ends with You will begin airing in Japan on the 9th April. The company will be debuting a Pre-Broadcast Special Program which airs the week before on the 2nd April 2021. Selected fans of the series will be able to attend a special advance screening of the first episode of the The World Ends with You The Animation. The online event also includes an exhibition which will contain various scene cuts and artwork, and more. The company says that more details regarding this will be shared later this month.
Hopefully not long until they reveal when the English version is coming.
Please not another one of those battle Anime. Where each episode starts with finishing the last battle and ends in the middle of next battle.
I wish Square Enix would port the Nintendo ds and 3ds kingdom hearts games to Nintendo switch as digital downloads.
