Pac-Man 99 is coming to the Nintendo Switch eShop on April 7th for Switch Online members

Super Mario Bros. 35 may be gone, but Nintendo has wasted no time finding a replacement Nintendo Switch Online game that members of the service may enjoy. It’s another battle royale title, but it’s not from a Nintendo franchise.

Capcom and Nintendo have announced Pac-Man 99, a battle royale game that is coming exclusively for Nintendo Switch Online members on April 7th. Although the base game is going to be free for Switch Online members, there is going to be downloadable custom themes based on Xevious, Galaga, Dig Dug, and more that are going to be available to purchase at launch. The announcement tweet is down below.

    1. I’m not feeling so salty about SM35 going away now, while I did love it I was honestly starting to get a little burnt out with it. I feel like this new PAC99 is the perfect way to keep things fresh.

  1. I’m confused, Capcom with Pacman? I thought it was a Bandai Namco title, interesting that Capcom and Bandai are collaborating.
