The latest Famitsu review scores are now in from the latest edition of Japanese publication Weekly Famitsu and there’s some big titles reviewed in this week’s edition. Interestingly, Yuji Naka and Square Enix’s latest title Balan Wonderworld which scored rather poorly with western blogs and video game sites scored an impressive 30/40 at Weekly Famitsu which is clearly at stark contrast with western publications. Here’s all the review scores this week:

  • Balan Wonderworld (PS5, Xbox Series, PS4, Xbox One, Switch) – 7/7/9/7 [30/40]
  • NieR Replicant ver.1.22474487139… (PS4, Xbox One) – 8/9/9/8 [34/40]
  • Outriders (PS5, Xbox Series, PS4, Xbox One) – 8/8/7/8 [31/40]
  • Tokei Jikake no Apocalypse (Switch) – 8/8/7/8 [31/40]

  1. I’ve heard that some people (particularly those who’ve played it on PS5) said it was pretty alright. The adjustments to movement speed supposedly makes it a lot more bearable, but it’s still not a good game by any means. Switch version seems pretty awful though at least
