How To Train Your Dragon DLC now available for Minecraft

The incredibly popular title Minecraft by Mojang has just received its latest DLC which is available to purchase right now, and it’s centered around the movie franchise, How To Train Your Dragon. Players will be able to enjoy flying on dragons, taking part in themed missions, and much more. If you’re a fan of the animated films from DreamWorks, you may want to head over to the Minecraft Marketplace to pick this DLC up.

Here’s an excerpt from the Minecraft blog:

“I can’t wait to take flight on one of the dragons – I don’t want to brag, but I have been confused for Toothless on more than one occasion! The people of Berk will think they’re seeing double when we soar through the skies! You can fly with all the different dragons, but if you want a change of pace or just prefer a stroll, you can explore on foot as well.

When you want a break from fun flights, Hiccup will join you on exciting adventures and missions! You can also team up with Stoick the Vast, Astrid, Snotlout and the rest of the gang to pitch in and help the residents of Berk. There is a lot to do, so you better get to it! It’s just like the old dragon saying: *flame noises*. Because everybody doesn’t get to hang out with Stormfly regularly, I have provided a rough translation in case you don’t speak dragon: The work of a world-class citizen of Berk is never done, but you’ll have a lot of fun doing it.”

  1. Oh I would TOTALLY get this pack. The HTTYD movies are some of my absolute favorites, and I thank my friends 10 years ago for getting me to watch the first one (seriously, when the first film came out, everyone I knew told me “Hiccup looks and sounds just like you”. Within minutes of watching it, I had to agree- it was like watching a CGI version of myself, though I can’t quite grow the beard he has at the end of The Hidden World.)

I hope there are skins of all versions of Hiccup- preteen, teenager, and adult.

  2. Someone help! My daughter just finished the tutorial and lost pebbles. For the life of me, can’t can’t find it again. Help!
