Rumour: Zippo claims 1-2 Switch sequel in development

Prominent leaker Zippo, whose track record is somewhat mixed, has written on his blog that Nintendo has been hard at work on sequel to the popular 1-2 Switch video game. 1-2 Switch was a March 2017 launch title for the Nintendo Switch along with The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild and is a party game for up to two players. The game was developed by Nintendo to help showcase the system’s unique Joy-Cons and to give Switch owners a feel for their potential. As always, take this with a grain of salt, but it is a rather random rumour and could well turn out to be legit.

  1. “Hard at work” I hope so, because it’s clear that the original game didn’t have any effort into at all. Seriously, Nintendo put more effort into the free software included in the Wii, DSi and 3ds than they did with 1-2 Switch. I’m disappointed in how well it sold in Japan at the price. And I’m usually not that annoyed with the $60 price tag on most Switch games.
