No Man’s Sky: Early adopters get Switch Joy-Con-themed Starship & Multi-Tool

Update: There have been a few of you asking where to find these items to claim. Reddit user SocranX says the following on the matter: “Apparently you won’t be able to claim it until the 4.0 patch is up, which is still going through Nintendo’s certification process. When it is available, you most likely get it by talking to the Quicksilver Synthesis Companion at the Space Anomaly. The main quest will tell you how to get there, but if you don’t feel like waiting, when you’re flying your ship in space, press down on the D-pad and choose “Summon Space Anomaly” from the quick menu.”

No Man’s Sky is available now on the Nintendo Switch family of systems and gives players the opportunity to explore hundreds of procedurally generated planets filled with extraterrestrial wildlife and bountiful fauna to harvest and of course, plenty of dangers. The team at Hello Games has announced that anyone who purchases the Nintendo Switch version of No Man’s Sky will be eligible to receive the Horizon Vector NX starship and Infinite Neon Mark XXII Multi-Tool. All you need to do is log-in to the No Man Sky servers before 7th November, 2022 in order to claim the items from the Space Anomaly. You can check out the game’s launch trailer down below.

Early adopters on Nintendo Switch can claim a set of exclusive rewards from the Space Anomaly. Connect to the No Man’s Sky servers on Switch before 7th November 2022 to be eligible to collect the Horizon Vector NX starship and Infinite Neon Mark XXII Multi-Tool.

  1. That Joy-con themed Starship is dope, maybe one of these days i’ll play No Mans Sky. Purchased it around the release on PlayStation just my backlogs a mile long so haven’t gotten around to it. Be nice if they had a Duel Shock themed Starship.

  2. Any idea how it is claimed? I haven’t found anything aboard the Anomaly or anywhere else where I can pick up the ship and the blaster

    1. Sadly I don’t have the game on Switch. Perhaps they aren’t available just yet? I will have a look around and see what I can find.

    2. There’s a chance the multi tool is sold by the vendor at the back of the anomaly. As noted in my other comment I saw it once, and so far only once.

The ship I haven’t found yet. Even have a frigate already but still absolutely no hints at how to get the ship.

  3. It would be nice if i could get them but there is no details on how to get or claim them. Ive been playing since I got the game yesterday morning and there is no sign of the free ship or multi tool.

  4. I have to say that hello games’ publicity here is a little off. Neither seem to be ‘freebies’ as stated – the neon mark 12 has a 1m credit price tag attached to it, so far I’ve seen it once, on my first visit. Since then it’s disappeared, cause naturally you’re not gonna have a million credits on your first visit to the anomaly.

Secondly the ship just hasn’t appeared so far.
