Bandai Namco working on fixes for Switch version of Tales of Symphonia Remastered

The official Tales of Twitter account has confirmed this evening that they are working on fixes for the recently released Nintendo Switch version of Tales of Symphonia Remastered. The team wouldn’t go into detail regarding which issues are causing them the most headaches, but they promise that they are investigating an event which is causing gameplay issues and will deploy a software update when the issue has been resolved. Tales of Symphonia Remastered is available right now on multiple platforms.

“Thank you for playing Tales of Symphonia Remastered for Nintendo Switch. We have confirmed an event that may cause gameplay issues with this product version currently on the market. We are currently investigating the issue with the aim of correcting it. We will announce updates for future fixes as soon as they are known. We will be sending out information from this account, so please wait for the announcement. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.”

    1. it definitely doesn’t otherwise CoD would have had its reputation destroyed ages ago considering the sheep keep buying a game with barely the bare minimum and love spending money on buying the rest of the game through multiple paywalls.

    1. Other than the battle intro sequence, I haven’t noticed anything either. It is very bright, specially since I only play at night while my daughter and wife are asleep. But it’s not unplayable.

  1. Glad I’m playing it on my XSX. Weirdly enough even there the loading times are longer than they should be… the only bug that occurred to me was being clipped outside of a room while leaving once (in the academy) and not being able to enter anything anymore.
